We believe that all children deserve an equitable and affirming educational experience that reflects their culture, history, values, and beliefs. We Educate change makers to be prepared, responsive, and unapologetic in their assignment to Elevate generations to come who will then be prepared to Serve those that come after them.
MISSION
E2Serve aims to use education as a vehicle to drive change and improvement. With a relentless focus on the continued advancement of underrepresented communities and the dedicated individuals and organizations that serve them, E2Serve commits to being the driver, voice and agent of change that is necessary to create the communities we all deserve. Working alongside teachers, leaders, and organizations will better position them to be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and disposition necessary to achieve academic excellence and professional productivity.

Professional Learning Partnerships
Increase your staff's professional and organizational skills to strategically and effectively address the needs of students, teachers, staff, families, and the broader community.
Team Building/Relational Capacity
Take a people centered approach to leadership and proactively empower and increase vision buy-in through customized experiences focused on building and maintaining a strong, healthy and productive team.
Professional Development Sessions
Targeted full- and half-day interactive and collaborative work sessions to jumpstart staff development. We center critical thinking and skill development to advance each person's professional and organizational capacity to teach and lead in a culturally-centered way.
Teacher and Leadership Coaching
Small group and one-on-one coaching for teachers, administrators, district leaders, and organizational executives.
Strategic Planning/Improvement Planning
Data-driven and tailored plans with aspirational yet realistic goals coupled with tangible action steps and key performance indicators for sustainable success.
